2. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number, you:

• Consent to receive inspirational and marketing SMS messages from AI Jesus, including promotions and updates, as well as service messages such as one-time passcodes and account notices
• Acknowledge that message frequency varies based on your interaction
• Understand that message and data rates may apply
• Agree you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message, and can opt back in by texting "START"
• Understand that you can reply "HELP" to any message for help
• Acknowledge that SMS messages are not encrypted and could be read by third parties

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Our Services may offer free use, paid subscriptions, or other in-app purchases:

• Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and included usage are shown before purchase
• App-store purchases are billed to the Apple ID or Google Play account that confirms the purchase
• Web purchases, when offered, are processed by Stripe or another provider shown at checkout

The terms shown at checkout and in the applicable store control the purchase.

For premium subscriptions:

• Billing occurs according to the plan and period you select
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancel an Apple or Google subscription in the store account that made the purchase; cancel a web subscription through the billing controls provided for that purchase
• Refunds are handled under applicable law and the policy of the store or payment provider

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE

AI Jesus is an artificial intelligence assistant inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ. It is not a real person, religious authority, pastor, therapist, or divine entity. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence technology and are not the direct word of Jesus Christ or divine revelation.

While AI Jesus strives to provide compassionate, biblically-informed responses, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or errors. Users should not rely solely on AI Jesus for theological, spiritual, or life decisions.

AI Jesus does not represent any religious organization, denomination, or church. The Services are intended for spiritual reflection, comfort, and guidance only.

5. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of AI Jesus. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

AI Jesus is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or emergency services. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI JESUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
