Who makes this, and why

PrayWithJesus.ai is a place to put a prayer into words when you cannot find them, to read a Bible passage with its context still attached, and to ask a faith question you would rather not ask out loud yet. It is made by a company, it is built by people who are paid to build it, and it is software.

What this is

Two things live at this address. The first is a library of written guides: original prayers for the situations people actually pray about, Bible passages organised by topic and quoted in context, and plain answers to questions about faith and about Christian AI tools. Those pages are free, they need no account, and they are readable without JavaScript, on a slow connection, and by a screen reader.

The second is a conversation tool. You can type to it, or you can talk to it and see a face answer back. It is trained to stay inside scripture, to send you back toward the people around you, and to give you a crisis number when a Bible verse would be the wrong answer.

What this is not

It is not Jesus Christ. It is not revelation. It is not a pastor, a priest, a therapist, a doctor, or an emergency service. It cannot absolve you, it cannot give you a ruling on behalf of any church, and it should never be the only voice you are listening to about something that matters. It is a language model, and language models are confidently wrong sometimes. Check what it tells you.

Why it costs money

People ask this, and it deserves a straight answer. Quoting scripture instead would be a dodge. Prayer is free. Scripture is free. God is free, and nobody needs this product or any product to reach him. What is not free is running this: the computers that generate a reply, the video that makes a face move while it speaks, the people who write the guides and check them, and the bill that arrives whether or not anyone paid us that month.

So the written guides stay free and always will. There is a free account tier with monthly message credits and no card required. The paid plans exist because the video conversation costs real money per minute to serve, and charging for it is how the free side keeps existing. If you think that is the wrong trade, use the free side, or close the tab and go pray. Neither of those offends us.

What we will not claim

We do not publish user counts, country counts, star ratings, review totals, or named theological endorsements, because we have not earned them and a number on a pricing page is the easiest thing in the world to invent. We do not claim the model was trained on a private theological corpus. We do not claim it speaks for God. If you find a claim like that attached to this product anywhere, it did not come from us and we would like to know about it.
