Delete your PrayWithJesus.ai account

You can start account deletion in the mobile app. If you cannot sign in, email our privacy team from the email address or phone number used for the account so we can verify the request and avoid deleting the wrong account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open PrayWithJesus.ai and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@praywithjesus.ai with the subject “Delete my account.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

What happens next

The in-app control sends an authenticated deletion request and signs you out after the service accepts it. We process account-linked authentication and profile data, conversations and saved content, profile or avatar media, user-created recordings and share media, push tokens and notification preferences, lifecycle and analytics identity, and related support or AI-response reports where that information remains linked to you. Some systems may finish asynchronously or require manual review, so email privacy@praywithjesus.ai if you need confirmation.

We may retain the minimum records required for security, fraud prevention, purchases, taxes, disputes, safety investigations, or legal obligations. Deleted data may also remain temporarily in encrypted backups until the backup cycle expires. Aggregated or de-identified analytics and diagnostics may remain when they are no longer reasonably linkable to you.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account that made the purchase to stop future renewal. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and payment providers may retain purchase and transaction records under their own legal and accounting requirements.

If you used guest mode without creating an account, clearing the app's local data or uninstalling removes the information stored only on that device. Email us to remove any recording or share link you intentionally uploaded while using the service.
